The difference between an OK session and a great session is down to the members of the team.
And while safety is paramount at all times in our working environment, we encourage fun as this is a great way for our swimmers to learn.

We have part time teaching positions and aquatic assistant roles available from time to time. We are open across 7 days a week an offer employed positions with holiday and sick pay, plus training benefits.

Weekends, with Weekday Cover

Monday and Wednesday evenings
Our Locations
We are an established swim school in our area with our team currently covering 3 locations.
Our main pool, owned by Billie's Fins is in Pinchbeck, Spalding with two further pool facilities in Eye and Orton.
Both our Pinchbeck and Orton pools provide accessible swimming.

Our swimming teachers are Enhanced DBS holders and share our vision for providing a safe and fun place for young people to learn to swim.
We provide a training programme where you will learn to teach our unique Swim Pathway, which has successfully helped thousands of swimmers across the area.
We also provide ongoing training for first aid and SEN and Disability training.
