We have a unique swim pathway here at Billie's Fins and see swimmers move through the stages with us. This means we have a flow of spaces which become available.

You can either start with us from Baby Fins and progress through or contact us to begin at any of our Swim Pathway Stages.

All our classes are grouped by ability.

If you are still unsure call us and we can arrange a private 1-1 session to assess ability and make sure you are placed into the right phase of our Swim Pathway.

At Billie's Fins we have designed our own unique Swim Pathway. This is the swimming programme we offer across our pools and classes.

The full details and criteria of each stage of the Swim Pathway are available by contacting us.

You should have received an enrolment email from our Group Lessons team.

In this email you will have the details of the pool location and time of your session.

We require all babies and toddlers who are not potty trained to wear a swim nappy and neoprene nappy over the top. 

When you arrive please remove all outside footwear and place them in the shelving and space allocated.

You can arrive swim ready or use our changing facilities when you use our Pinchbeck pool.

Your class swim teacher will call you/ your child to the pool.

As a parent or guardian you can sit poolside during the 30 min session.

All floatation aids used in our classes are supplied by Billie's Fins.

Bring a drinks bottle and some snacks for after the swim, at at Pinchbeck we have snacks and refreshments available.

Most of all we hope you enjoy your first swimming class.

Each pool facility has different changing facilities.

When you arrive you are asked to remove your outside footwear and place in the storage shelving.

At Pinchbeck we have male and female changing rooms. For time on arrival bring your little ones ready for the pool. Please remember that all children in nappies must wear swim safe nappies in the pool.

At Orton and Eye there are changing facilities at the side of the pool.

Within our Baby Fins and Adult and Little Fins classes a parent/ guardian is required to be in the pool to assist.

From Little Fins and Swim Fins these are suitable for independent swimmers.

Group Lessons

All lessons are inclusive of VAT.

Minimum 12 consecutive weeks commitment. If you wish to cancel we require 4 weeks notice by email to grouplessons@billiesfins.com

Payments are taken by Direct Debit every month. The DD amount is amended by Billie's Fins depending on the amount of lessons in the month ahead (i.e. for example 4 or 5 lessons or a half term break.)

Private Lessons

1-1 or 2-1  (30 Minute Lessons) 

Benefit from a discounted rate.

If you require the same weekly slot then bookings will be made per 6 weeks.

One session per 6 weeks can be rearranged within the 6 weeks.

Lessons are non-refundable.

All cancellations should be emailed with a minimum of 48 hour’s notice to privatelessons@billiesfins.com, failure to do so will mean the lesson will still be charged.

Flexi Lessons 

Ideal for customers who would like more flexibility to cancel or rearrange with 48 hour’s notice.

Lessons are non-refundable.

Lessons are to be paid before the 5th of each month. A £10 admin fee will be applied to any payments made after the 5th.

Group lesson cancellations-

If you are cancelling all future lessons we will be sad to see you go and we will contact you to ask for feedback as this helps us with our training and business growth.

Fees are:

We have different fees for group lessons across each of our locations. The fees are based on the individual facility.

Pinchbeck: £12.00

Orton: £11.00

Eye: £11.00

Billie's Fins Swimming Hats are mandatory for all swimmers in our Little Fins Level 6 classes and can be purchased on site.

We have a selection of swimming googles and accessories available on site at Pinchbeck.

At Pinchbeck we have an area with tables and chairs for parents and guardians to sit and relax. There is a screen to watch the pool. We have a vending machine near reception. We please ask that you clear any rubbish and wrappers in our waste bins as you leave.

The pools at Eye and Orton only have poolside space and therefore no food and drink can be consumed in these areas.

Our lessons do run through the year, however we do have a weeks break at Easter, Summer and Christmas.
